Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours prior.

No refunds within 24 hours (ingredients prepped fresh daily).

Large Groups/Events (6+ guests):

50% refundable deposit required.

Full deposit forfeited if cancelled <48 hours pre-booking.

NO-SHOWS

100% of deposit/per-person fee retained (covers reserved ingredients/table loss).

WEATHER-RELATED ISSUES

Rooftop Closure: Full refund or rescheduling (monsoon/wind advisories).

Indoor Relocation: No refunds – guaranteed seating provided.

DISSATISFIED WITH FOOD?

Immediately inform staff: We’ll replace the dish or credit its value to your bill.

No post-meal refund requests honored (PSQCA compliance).

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Card Payments: 7–10 business days via original payment method.

Cash Deposits: Refunded in cash at restaurant within 48 hours.
